Payment types

 Prices are listed in Canadian funds. We accept PayPal. We accept money orders if you are a Canadian or U.S. resident. If you choose to use a money order we will hold your order for 7 business days.

Security

For your security and privacy, we do not share any of your personal information but for the sole purpose of your purchase with us.  Please rest assured that we use a secure website using Clicnet as our host. For your security when you are placing an order with a credit card you will see a secure lock at the bottom of your screen.

Return Policy

If you have any questions email us prior to placing an order. In the event you are not satisfied, simply email us so we can come up with a solution together. If a solution can not be resolved, we will gladly refund, if package is received in its original condition within 3 weeks of placing the order. Customer pays shipping costs.

Shipping

Our shippping costs are included in the price if you live in Canada or the U.S. We ship via Canada Post within one business day after receipt of payment. If you live outside of Canada or the U.S. we suggest you email for a quote Prior to placing an order to ensure shipping costs reflects true savings.

Customs duties if applicable are not included.

We will issue you a tracking number of your package. Children love to receive mail. If you would like your child’s name included you may add that in the special instructions at checkout. Watch your child’s excitement as you track it through the mail. Great geography lesson too!
